February = Grandmas (plural) in town!

February is family fun month in the Guajardo house! My mom, Mormor (aka "Boo boo" by Mathilde), came to Seattle for a week earlier this month and yesterday JJ's mom, Grandma Guajardo, came to see her thirteenth grandchild for a week. Mathilde is in heaven.

We've been lucky enough to be enjoying a very early spring here in Seattle so I took my camera one day and snapped some shots around beautiful UW (my new employer). Some of the cherry blossoms are blooming and I love that my office is right next to the water (to the right of the boats). It's a good fit in many ways. And Mathilde is very happy in "school." If I can figure out how, I'll try to upload a copy of her very first class picture. She is front and center for the cutie toddler room; I am so proud!
